The Beautiful White Wall

The bride had one request that was a MUST!!! cover the whole divider wall with white material.  So we did it!!!  A fancy style design and uplighting broke up the straight material and created a focal point for the head table.  Head Table Draping and more uplighting completed the design.

But that wasn’t all…….

We also had the pleasure of setting up for the ceremony, with a ceremony style backdrop as well two altar arrangements with some sparkle floral lace overlays and fresh flowers; hydrangeas, roses, stock and silver dollar.

The centerpieces were composed of the same flowers but with a few darker tones of purple to create some nice contrast.

It was one of the most challenging weddings but also one of the most rewarding.  Congrats to the happy couple, we wish them all the best!

What to say about this beauty…..

This wedding had every romantic detail the happy couple could think of!

Icicle Lights for the head table and backdrop; a completely new style backdrop that we had never done, gold chiavari chairs, gold charger plates, ceiling draping and then all of the small details that bring everything together.

Wow – this couples table #’s are amazing!  The flowers as always complete the entire look; there was a lot of flowers!!!!  This was a show stopper!

This blog post is well overdue as time is always getting away from us; the Holiday season, the spring wedding show, a little vacation time and then full booking season; our blog has been neglected but we are back, as this season is in full motion.

A beautiful wedding and couple from last year that never got posted.

The ceremony had all of our favorite things; chair covers, a little decor for the aisle and an altar.  In this case the altar was created by using what was already on the venue wall we just added a little extra with faux altar arrangements on draped stands.

We then moved up stairs to a room that is perfect for a smaller wedding.  It has a view of Niagara Falls that is stunning.  A backdrop, head table draping and flashy sequins for the cake table created a focal point for the bride and groom.  Chair covers of course to create the upscale wedding look and upgraded plum satin table cloths.  You can never go wrong with candles but to enhance the centerpiece we added some fresh hydrangeas and lavender roses at the base.

We love a sweetheart table and an intimate canopy makes it much more romantic.

What can we say about the bride this past weekend, except she loves romantic, vintage, lush, elegant designs.

We started with a clean white classic ceremony, with small details that tied everything together. White draped ceremony backdrop with a white draped signing table and some white sashes to accessorize the aisle chairs.  White table clothes on cruisers to display the brides perfect programs.  A flower arrangement at the entrance and on the signing table full of white and blush flowers as well as some flowers on the backdrop to complete the look.

The brides and bridesmaids bouquets were full of lush flowers with tiny details throughout.  The flowers included; garden roses, spray roses, astilbe, freesia, dusty miller, dahlia, astrantia, ranunculus, scabiosa and seeded euc.  The bride loves flowers so much that she wanted to do oversized bouquets for herself and her bridesmaids.  There can really never be too many flowers!

The canopy!!!  What else can be said about a romantic sweetheart table and canopy, except what a nice romantic way to spend dinner with your new partner.

We were happy to provide a champagne canopy with gold lace trim to match our gold lace overlays.  Tying the canopy into the overall look of the guest tables.  The guest tables had our blush satin table clothes with ivory/gold lace overlays and a blush satin napkin.  The centerpieces were our silver candelabras, mercury gold votives with blush garden roses in them.  Let’s not forget the gold chiavari chairs, the bride had to have these chairs to complete her look and it was a great choice!!!!!

This gorgeous vintage wedding took place at the Prince of Whales in Niagara On The Lake.  We wish the happy couple all of the best for the future.

The Beach

With the hot summer who hasn’t been to the beach or been thinking about the beach.

This wonderful bride is in love with the beach and wanted to create an elegant sunset beach theme.  We had so much fun working on this wedding and adding all of the small details and final touches.

The decor included a champagne backdrop / head table draping with sunset themed uplighting.  Coral, starfish and sand dollars created the focal points.

The guest tables had our large white lantern centrepieces accessorized with; coral, seashells, flower blooms, sand and shells.

Congrats to this wonderful couple enjoying the sunsets together for years to come!

Black and White with Silver Accents

There is nothing more classic then black and white; clean, simple and elegant.

The couples day started with a custom altar.  Instead of a backdrop or altar stands; a table adorned with candles, roses and draping; lets not forget the silver accents.

Black chair covers contrasted the white table clothes, with a black napkin, a custom black glitter place card for each guest.  Silver candelabras, mini vases with roses and more candles in votives.  You can never have to many candles!!!

Head Table Draping and a Backdrop completed the focal point of the room and don’t forget the silver accents for that little extra finishing touch.

We were so happy to have the opportunity to do some of the things we do not normally offer; the altar table, place cards and seating chart.

Congrats to the couple and we wish them all the best for their marriage and future!

Custom Design & Decor Full Service Wedding

We waited months for this past Saturday and we are so happy to share the final product with everyone.  From the very beginning this bride was so relaxed, happy and trusting, she continually said whatever you think will look great Michelle.  For an artist this is what you love to hear and it allows for those little extra touches and exciting surprises.

Ivory rushed chair covers created a clean wedding look on the chairs.  A pop of color was brought in with the coral napkins.  A large centerpiece in a wood box with a mix of whites and pinks and a pop of burgundy to bring in a darker tone and break up the pinks; some mini seeded euc just touching the tables completed the look.

A custom backdrop in our champagne material; of course leaving the pockets of the stone wall open so that they could be filled with large flower arrangements. The center of the backdrop with floral details to match the pockets and the head table.  The head table table had champagne draping to match and small floral accents across the entire front to tie everything together.  A fancy lace champagne overlay for the cake table – to pop the cake that matched perfectly.

Decorators, stylists, florists, photographers; brides and grooms are all in love with barn weddings!!!

It was our pleasure to create an open drape backdrop for last weeks couple.  All of the brides hard work painting the chandelier gold that we hung was well worth it.  The final outcome was gorgeous and stunning.  Some flower accessories added at the focal points from the florist and we have a completed look!

Kings table’s can be great for conversation as well as a great option to do something a little different.  The most important thing when doing a king’s table is the details.  Because there are many tables put together you must accessories the tables very well to have a completed look with different elements and dimensions.

The bride from the past weekend had a perfect plan for just that!  Take a look up close at all of the details.

We had the pleasure of helping complete this look with a classic ruffled drape and a trim.  The bride loved the rustic simplistic look of the Woods sheer material that we offer, so we went with that in a trim and then a full overlay for the cake table.

A set of 3 series candles on the floor in front of the head table and the look was complete. Bringing a simplistic, elegant, romantic and slightly rustic look to life.

We love classic white elegance and we were so happy when this bride wanted that exact look.  This clean and simple look features our white rusched chair covers, head table draped with sheer white voile and large crystal brooches at the focal points.  An extra large backdrop covered the full length of the head table and full height of the wall; creating a huge focal point for this loving couple and their bridal party.  What a gorgeous wedding day at Legends On The Niagara for this loving couple, their friends and family.
