Saturday May 26th we had the honor of decorating for Jackie and Jeremy at the Royal Canadian Legion on Vine St. in St. Catharines.  We decorated with our double layer black and white head table draping with icicle lights.  We had to include our fancy backdrop with the black added in moderation for that extra punch of black.  We also provided the chair covers and the black organza sashes tied in bows.  The bride did her own centerpieces that we setup, that is where the red came in which was also the color of her bouquet.  Congrats to Jackie and Jeremy who where a pleasure to work with.

This weekend we decorated for a christening of one of our great clients, Sonja.  We started with her wedding and have done many many events recommended by her including her sisters bridal shower and the event this weekend.

For this event we decorated with our banquet style chair covers, turquoise satin sashes, flask vases on top of mirror with a red flower ball.  Sonja was finishing the look with red and turquoise napkins and more turquoise lanterns.

What an impact!!!

We had the opportunity to do all of the bridal flowers, the bride, maid of honor, 7 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls; plus a whole bunch of boutonniere’s and corsages.

The bouquets where made of green and ivory roses, fresia, alstro, and bouvardia.  (The bride had hydrangeas added to her bouquet).

The reception was in the Mess Hall at the Canadian Forces College in North York.

For the decor we provided white satin pillowcase chair covers, which completed the room and gave it the elegant feeling.  We also did our standard head table draping with spot lights.

For the centerpieces we did 2 long rectangle vases with hydrangeas, roses, alstro and fresia.  At the end of every centerpiece we had candles and our tall skinny vases with rose petals inside.  We also had our new silver heart table # holders with table #’s from our online shopping site.

The party was held at Versailles Convention Center in Mississauga.

Instead of adding our mirror underneath the centerpiece the customer decided to use red feathers around it.

The whole room looked great, thanks to family and friends of the guest of honor.

We don’t just do wedding decor, here is a Christmas party; simple but festive.

White satin banquet style chair covers with alternating red and green sashes.

We did 3 different looks – the classic white / plum organza / turquoise and brown satin.

This style chair cover fits all chairs – no matter what style they are.

We are now offering – ivory, gold, silver and chocolate brown.

We also did some fake flowers, red and burgundy orchids.  We added a little bling to the handles and a few crystals in the bridal bouquet.

We also did some matching hair clips, boutonnieres and parent corsages.

We added the orange sashes to the venues chair covers just for a little pop of color.  We added a full head table, cake table draped in sheer white line with swag in the orange and some spot lights.  A simple drape to the receiving table, money box and restroom baskets, votives and led lights for the head table.  To finish everything off – there are some leaf accents and rose petals.

The bride wanted something to make a statement so we did centerpieces with mixed flowers and peacock feathers.  To stay on budget, but still create a gorgeous effect we did tall/short on alternating tables.  The flowers that where incorporated where; green spider mums, green cymbidium orchids; turquoise/purple dendrobium orchids, white roses and for finishing mixed greens and peacock feathers. (The darker blue and burgundy flowers where faux flowers.  This is a great way to mix in some of the colors that may be hard to find in real flowers at a great cost.  The bridal bouquet also have burgundy mini calla lilies.

For decor we put on some white chair covers with navy blue satin sashes; we brought a little more navy blue in the table runners.  We draped the head table and cake table with sheer white linen and added some additional flowers on the head table for that extra finishing look.

What a gorgeous statement!!!

This wedding took place at the gorgeous – Oakview Terrace.

Here are some Large Calla Lily bouquets that I did this weekend along with a ceremony arrangement of bear grass and mini calla lilies.  Simplistic but Elegant.

White with a bit of Purple, it looked very refreshing.

This wedding we did a backdrop, head table and cake table draping with icicle lights.  We also had the pleasure of setting up our crystals centerpieces with the white flower balls.  We added a couple purple flowers in different shades and a little purple in the bottom of the vase, just to bring in a little more of the purple theme.

This beautiful wedding was at the Niagara Falls Hilton, it was a pleasure working with the staff there.

We did a simple backdrop with white draping on the head table, cake table and receiving table.  We added a little extra bling, with our standard crystals.

This wedding was at Royal Botanical Gardens, which explains all of the gorgeous fresh plants throughout the entire room.

We used our crystal embellishments to just add that little bit of bling!  We had a great time trying this backdrop style which was a different change for us, chosen by the bride and her mother.

You can’t go wrong with black and white!

The first wedding was at Liuna Gardens in Stoney Creek;  it was a little more simplistic with the centerpiece and NO flower ball.  Although it looked gorgeous, especially with the hint of pink from the napkins.  Since there is large windows in this room it gave the centerpieces that little extra glow during the day and early evening.  We also provided the satin silver table runners and satin chair sashes.

The second wedding was at the Erin Mills Convention Center; the hall in that venue has large chandeliers which match the crystal centerpieces and bring the room together as one.    We added the white/ivory flower balls to the crystal centerpieces to give it a different look.
